It all began in 2002. We started with a focus of delivering high quality and innovative diversity, leadership and organizational performance services for higher educational institutions and non-profits. We understood that our clients would have unique challenges that differ greatly from the corporate world. We were determined to do things differently. How about using hip hop music in a training session? How do we make it as entertaining as it is educational? Today, we maintain those commitments and that focus as we continue to seek new ways to support organizational change for our clients and their customers.
DMG Associates uses a multi-media, interactive approach to engage thinking and inspire change. Whether we are working on a new podcast or online training project, we are always seeking to conjure up what we call: Edutainment. This approach is fundamental to our business and will always remain the cornerstone of what we do at DMG Associates.
